Refund & Return Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at L.S jewels & outfits. Please read our return and refund policy carefully as explained below.

• In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 2 days of item delivered to you.
• The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
• If the product gets damaged during shipping by us, then we can initiate the refund or exchange the product.
• If the customer want to exchange the product we can exchange it but at customers expense for delivering it back to us.
• We do not exchange or refund for the products for wrong size or if customer didn't like it. So please select your size and product carefully.
• If your product is damaged, you need to inform us as soon as possible you received your item.
• If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 2 working days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund or return.
  
• If you have claimed refund or return you need to return the product within two days after you receive it.
• After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
